Founded by Adam Favors who started out in the entertainment industry as an intern at EMI Records. Once EMI closed their North American label he went on to be part of the promotions department at Virgin Records. His first project upon arriving at Virgin was Janet Jackson’s “The Velvet Rope.”

After Virgin Records, Shaquile O’neal hired him to be his National Director of Radio and Promotions. Then he went on to be the CO VP of the rap department at Warner Brothers.

Adam’s passion for music is indescribable. His ability to create and cultivate relationships is unmatched. These relationships have been instrumental in the growth of this company.

Not only are we involved in music but, we’ve been part of national tours such as, Anger Management Tour, Up in Smoke, and Rock the Mic just to name a few.

As clients reach their goals and pivot in the industry they take us along with them, thus allowing us to work on promotional products and their television projects such as Power on Starz.

Of course we’ve had many many experiences in these 30 years in business and every project leaves us feeling assured in the field that we’ve chosen as our career. We can go on and on about how great it has been to help incredible talent reach their goals or help them open doors that they once believed they could not enter.

Adam is still dreaming big and opening doors for this company. From Cleveland and leaving his mark in Los Angeles, New York and across the globe.
